Who we are

This site is run by Guidetal Stash Safari Ltd, company number 14829306, registered at 18 Wharf Lane, Leeds LS1 4AP, England. We are the controller of any personal data described below. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run advertising or profiling trackers. The letter form on our contact page works entirely in your browser: what you type is not transmitted to us unless you choose to email it. If you do email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message, and we use them only to read and reply to you.

Like most web servers, our host may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type, for security and fault-finding.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept for up to twelve months after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep them to resolve a dispute. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to its use, and request a portable copy. Write to the address above and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Third parties and changes

We do not sell personal data. Our host and email provider process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. Links to other sites are outside our control. If we change this policy we will update the date above. See also our cookies page and terms.
